Nouvelle Nails & Spa

I normally get my nails done in Alexandria, but I was short on time and needed to charge my car. Since I was already at Springfield Town Center, I decided to stop into Nouvelle for a manicure and pedicure while my car charged. Unfortunately, this turned into a huge mistake. Tristy did my services, and from the start, the quality was extremely disappointing. During the pedicure, she painted over my skin and left rough, uneven patches of polish on my toes. Then, during the SNS manicure, she drilled my nails down so much that large areas were left completely uncovered. I told her I was unhappy with it, so she applied another layer of SNS—but the same issue happened again.
