Nouvelle Vie Med Spa

I found them on groupon, It was a birthday treat for myself. I really enjoyed the facial. The massage was not what I expected I was not happy. They ate hard to find. They are located in GYNs office in the basement so you have to walk through the waiting room of patients to get to the spa but once you are in there its fabulous, calm, nice and clean. I was late and they still saw me. I say yes for facials. The massage was just an oil skin rub with no pressure under a hot blanket. I really did NOT enjoy the massage. The front desk was very pleasant. I was also asked to purchase from them directly and not groupon but I would pay the groupon price. The massage was enough for me to not even take the deal.

I had bought a Groupon for a massage at this place. When I called to schedule the appointment, the woman was very rude and seemed like she did not care to have any more clients. Nonetheless, I scheduled the appointment for a week later. I arrived about 15 minutes early for my appointment; the place is difficult and inconvenient to find. No one seemed to be there, so I called their phone. I called their phone multiple times and no one picked up. HORRIBLE service. How can you not show up for your client's appointment and then ignore the phone? Would not recommend to anyone.

I had an awesome experience here at Nouvelle Vie Med Spa. I really liked their atmosphere and the staff. Everyone was very friendly. My esthetician was Julia. She was very informative and made me feel comfortable. Julia has hands of gold!!! My skin was glowing and felt amazing after the facial. The skin products that she used on me smelled very nice. They have all kinds of services and their prices are reasonable. Im defiantly coming back for more. Come check them out.

Purchased deal from Groupon and I have no regrets whatsoever. Couldn't believe my eyes once I walked downstairs. Whomever the interior designer was that fashioned the incredibly posh and luxurious decor deserves a A+++. Artwork was fabulous. Restroom and waiting section was over the top contemporary; quite impressive. Now the most important part: the massage itself was simply mesmerizing. I thought at one point I was melting. The table was heated, the oil used seemed pleasant, and the craftsmanship was extremely efficient and professional. It was a very relaxing experience I would surely go back at some point.

Me n my friend got a Groupon deal for facial and massage in this spa. We had a great experience, design inside is very nice& place itself and spa rooms are extremely clean. Julia and Tanya def know what they're doing. I personally loved the place and esp massage therapist Tanya. After 1st visit I got a package of 5 massages for the price of 4. Thank you Nouvelle spa!!!
