Nova Massage

The reason for the 4 star rating is mostly due to esthetics. The waiting area is dated and it could use a fresh coat of paint though out. The staff was friendly and was warmly greeted upon arrival. I had a hot stone massage with cbd oil and it was very good. The therapist made sure the pressure was okay which I appreciated. I left relaxed not sore and would return.

My husband and I got a couple's massage (via Groupon). This was the second attempt. The first was in October. We had an appointment, but they overbooked and we were unable to get our massage. Today seem to be heading in the same direction. We arrived 15 minutes prior to our scheduled appointment time. There were only two ladies doing massages. Another person came in, with the same appointment time. This person was asked to return at a later time. The room was dingy and uninviting. Both massage tables squeaked nonstop. During the massage someone came in, my masseuse stopped to tend to the person who came in, then resumed with my massage. Found a Groupon for a couple massage for this place so we decide to give it a try. The first red flag was, they had a sign on their wall of a “NO REVIEW POLICY” asking for nobody write a review after the service was finished. The whole experience was very unprofessional. We were practically naked and they had the door open the entire time. They covered us with very cheap bad smelling oil, And did not wipe it off. My Boyfriend got a deep tissue massage ended up leaving with a hurt neck Because they were so rough. When I went to pay they haggled me into paying them a bigger tip than I wanted since I wasn’t super happy with it. It was a very weird experience my definitely wouldnt do it again.

Absolutely amazing experience! My best friend and I both got a 90 minute massage and couldn’t be happier. Great pressure, great movement. Left feeling very relaxed. We will be coming back! Also very clean environment.

Very nice and clean people that work there are so kindly anytime people suffer from me acute chronic pain they give me some relief. They are no word to Porsche like active pressure stretching on this beautiful sweetest massage for your muscles. I highly recommend this establishment. I know your wife is just be kind and patience and the prices are very reasonable and get a massage in your body your body. Your brain will affect your body. I’m sorry I’m just really tired. Excellent service there.
