Casey is a talented stylist. She is meticulous in every step-from thoroughly washing the hair to carefully placing foils all the way to the root. Her attention to detail truly sets her apart. I can share a photo or describe my vision, and she consistently delivers results that reflect exactly what I'm hoping for. Unlike past experiences where my hair felt unchanged, her work is intentional, and transformative. She's hardworking and offers reasonable availability, which makes the entire experience great!

10/10- coming back!! I had previously gone to a popular “reputable” chain salon. My normal hair stylist called off and I was placed with another high ranked stylist. This lady botched me. I looked like a calico cat. Another stylist there put permanent color over to cover the mistake. Traumatizing. Jalyn at Nova was able to have me leaving feeling good about my hair even with dealing with black permanent dye. She is amazing!! 10/10 recommend.

Casey was fantastic! She was very warm, welcoming and very professional. I have never gotten a head spa before, but I highly recommend doing it. It was one of the most relaxing experiences I’ve had and It left my scalp feeling super hydrated and nourished. Casey was very gentle and was always asking me questions if I was okay or if it was too hot or too cold, etc. I highly recommend booking at head Spa appointment, it was definitely worth it!

Jalyn is the best! She always knows exactly what I want and what will look good, and it’s refreshing to find a stylist I can trust so completely. I like a lived-in blonde and it always looks great and grows out beautifully. Plus she’s easy to talk to and just provides a great experience.

Morgan is so sweet and did such a great job on my hair. I have a lot of hair to do and she takes her time and does it so well. She gives great recommendations and it all turns out so well! 10/10 recommend!
