This is truly my favorite place to go. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the warmth. The shop is always clean and beautifully organized, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. The owner is such a sweetheart — she welcomes you with open arms and makes you feel like more than just a customer. Her kindness and consistency mean so much. The prices are always fair and never fluctuate, which shows integrity and care for her clients. My daughter was right. I’m so grateful to have found this gem.

Customer service is nonexistent at this place. You cannot ask for the service you want, they will just go ahead and do what they like. Lady doing my feet scraped the side of my feet and I pointed it out to her and she acted like it didn't matter. I also asked for gel pedicure but I ended up getting a regular. When I had asked about the UV light I was told that I got a regular. So many things went wrong on this one visit, it's ridiculous! I have used this place a few times and professionalism is zero here, and this is not about language barrier, it is just lack of regard for clients!

Don’t go here for an acrylic set. I went on Thursday not even a week and one mail is gone and the rest pop right off. She was so nice but I will never come back. I have to go get a whole new set

I LOVE Nubes nails. Been coming here for years. Norma is my go to, but all the staff do great work. The ladies make you feel like family and are very accommodating.

I went to do my manicure and I used to do SNS but today I decided to exchange and do Gel they charge more money to remove the SNS when they did it, so to be clear they charge when they apply and when they removed, also no customer service at all. Note : if by low you must have a sign on the wall letting the customer know that you will have an extra charge when they decide to remove the product from the nail. Y no son los 3 dollares es la actitud arrogante de la joven impresaria para hacer el extra cargo, esta es la tercera occasion que recibo una mala atencion de parte de ella. Definitivente muy mal recomendado el service al cliente para no regresses por una mas ,
