Number One Nail

I recently got my nails done from this place and I didn’t know what to expect from here because I’ve been to many in Frederick and I wanted to see what they had to offer. First off I made an appointment for 5pm but I ended up coming in pretty late unfortunately due to traffic and they were very understanding about it. The lady who did my nails her name is Len or Linh I’m not sure how to spell it but she did an amazing job, she brought my dream nails to life and she was very kind, made me feel very comfortable and gave me an unforgettable experience. She did an acrylic full set and gel toe nails on me, when I tell you she put so much thoughtfulness, care and attention to detail to my nails. I’ve never had my nails look so good! Another review edit because I love this place that much. Got my birthday nails done (red French tip acrylics) and was not disappointed. Since I started coming here maybe 3 years ago the talent from these ladies has definitely grown!!

They did so well. My nails look so clean, concise and designed well. I brought inspiration for them and they used that image for the design. The nail tech i has is named angel. So kind and patient. She even would finish a design and take it off and start over when it wasn’t to her liking. Thank you angel and thank you to the team 🫶🏻

Today was my first time at this establishment. It was a nice experience. The staff were nice. It wasn’t very busy and quiet when I came in. The lady who did my pedicure took her time. She did a nice massage to my feet and legs and she did a good job at paying attention to detail. The service was done in a decent amount of time and the massage from their chairs feel nice. Again the experience was nice I would recommend this place to friends and family.

My nail designs that I paid $20 extra for ended up being simplified by the stylist to a few lines and dots on just two fingers. By the next day the design was gone as she never added an additional top coat. The nails also did not stay secured to the base of my nail, costing them to have gaps at the base, constantly snagging everything. Not the best or friendliest service & they charge you a fee unless you pay Cash but don’t disclose tops till you’re literally sitting in a seat. Not the best expressiveness. Obviously they’ve grown out appt but to give you an idea of the ’$20’ design fee was the three lines on my ring finger, barely visible, and my middle finger had 3 dots and two lines which eye gone by the next day.
