The new chairs are awesome and so was the deluxe pedicure orange blossom scent bomb and lotion. The ladies always take great care of me. I've been going there for almost 6yrs now.

I know a lot of people have reviews that this place is clean. It isn’t clean at all. I just stepped out of this place. I noticed that the Asian lady in charge of manicure was notoriously dirty. She didn’t clean her instruments before attending to me. I asked for a clean manicure because I needed an expert who’s capable of doing it. She messed up my nails, verbally abused me, and called my nails ‘crooked’. As a woman of color, this is the first time I have been verbally abused because of the stellar reviews. I told her that I’m recovering from an illness that I didn’t want long gel nails. I left the shop because it isn’t right to accept mistreatment. I paid for the service. I posted pictures with the receipt.

The place looked nice but the service was awful I got the dipped powder nails and the lady seemed to be rushing my job and didn't pay attention to the type of work she was leaving in my fingertips. She didn't even bother cleaning the color left around the nails. I had also initially said I wanted a different color on my ring finger she agreed and I even picked the color but with the rushed service it was never done. I won't be returning here. It's sad to recieve this kind of service to first time customers
