AWFUL EXPERIENCE! A simple pedicure and gel manicure looks like a child did it. Miss Kim was very impatient. My nails weren’t shaped properly. She gave me cold water for my manicure. I was there for 2 hrs or more for a simple service. The UV dryer wasn’t working which caused the paint to ripple. She didn’t figure that out until the end. They had to remove all polish and start over. My nails look awful and so does my pedi. How do you not shape toenails? I could go on and on. Almost 80 bucks! They offered NO compensation for the inconvenience on their PART! NONE. Continued speaking in their language to one another as if I were wrong. I digress… Bottom line. ZERO STARS

Establishment is clean, staff are friendly and professional, and the service is amazing! They have so many options with types of service and polish. They have different types of manicures and pedicures to give variety from the basic ones. I got an acrylic fill in with gel polish and a deluxe pedicure with gel Polish and it did not break the bank. Reasonably priced for the great service they provided. The tech also fixed issues with my acrylic nails that another salon made when I got my full set, which was so great of her. For my pedicure the tech informed me of each type of cream or mask she was putting on my skin which was great. Big kudos, for not turning on the massager for my chair! She told me where it was at and how to operate, but allowed me to choose to turn it on or leave it off.

Very disappointing experience. The technician did not seem to know what she was doing. My nails were not evenly painted, very messy on the bottom and had paint on my finger. This set was $65! If you look closely, they look like the press on nails from the dollar tree (which I attached a picture of). The nail tech nice which is why I am not giving it just a one star. Will not be coming back.

My daughter and I went there to get pampered. My daughter got a pedicure. A few of her nails were a little bit crooked. They happily fixed it right then. My nails turned out SO cute!! The technician took her time and did a wonderful job. I will definitely be going back! I love the cash discount!

My husband got me a gift card for mothers day at my mom's recommendation, as a new mother I have never been more disappointed in a pedicure in my life. The staff is polite and friendly and I had high hopes based on the recommendations of my mom, but the guy never massaged my feet, didn't apply lotion afterwards. It was so uncomfortable the pedicure I'm 5ft tall he kept pulling my feet down instead positioning my chair in a way that didnt have me struggling not to fall. They charge 15 for gel and 10 to exfoliate but he didn't exfoliate... and on my manicure he didn't scrub and clean my nails before painting. This was such a waste of money as they charge top tier prices. I really want a refund but I plan to try again with one of the female nail techs before I commit to never ever going again
