I don’t usually write bad reviews, and I genuinely appreciate the effort the technician put into my nails. He spent time and tried his best, and I even gave him a good tip because of that. However, I’m honestly shocked by the low quality of the products used. I got a simple full set French gel manicure last Friday, and after only 4 days it already started lifting and peeling (see photo). This should never happen with professional products and proper application. This was my worst nail salon experience so far. Good service means nothing if the materials are this poor. Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back.

The owner, Lynn and staff are kind, respectful and courteous. You are always greeted with a smile and purposeful hello! Their services are excellent, their products are top quality. I have been coming every three weeks for the past five years. I highly recommend supporting this local business.

Customer service is not very good. I Did powder dip manicure twice nails with Salina and they started to peel off within hours. I went back to get them fixed and she was very rude about re-doing my nails. I came in today for a pedicure with Nina, even though I had an appointment they kept me waiting without acknowledging me, so I walked out.

I am not pleased with my nails and really didn’t want to go back and forth with them, my pedicure could have been better as far as nails being cut down more. One of my cuticles was cut to deep and bleeding, also my nails have little bumps and the tech saw it and tried to smooth it out and just disregarded it. For all the money they’re just horrible period, I could have done this myself. I usually don’t write reviews, but the bad reviews below are correct.

My friend brought me here when I was visiting Virginia and look at the reviews. I really don't like to go to a place that has below 4.5 star and this one has 4.2. But it's OK I still gave it a little try. To my surprise they did really good on my pedicure and my manicure ( plus ge), for the low star they have they are so good. I told the nail tech what I want and she did it great. It was not exactly the same color as in the picture because they don't have the color that I want but I see she still tried. They're very friendly aswell.
