I am so upset about my nails. I have been going to this nail shop for about 4 years and I’ve never had a bad experience. I usually request Katie to do my nails but they have recently taken on new ownership so I decided to give the owner a try. For starters I got a pedicure which was fine but he kept telling me how long my toenails were which I thought was weird but continued. I showed him a photo of the birthday nails that I wanted and he agreed to do them with no problem. Before he even got started he was already rushing which I don’t understand because the shop was empty besides a lady getting a pedicure. While prepping my nails he kept going back and forth on his phone for FaceTime and he was hurting my fingers. His grip on my fingers was unnecessarily tight and he kept going onto my sk

I absolutely love my nails. The guy who did mine took his time and really made them perfect and got every detail of what I asked for!!
