Got 【UP 200 nail drill 】on 4/21/2025 here！ Trying get it fixed since the end of January , NOT New-Yorker ，but came NY 4 times just wanna get my handle fixed which still under warranty. However ,they are big liars🙄 They said it comes with a full year warranty, but unfortunately, the problem occurred after only nine months. AND it gonna cost $47 to change a bearing！ Even much more expensive than other place. So what’s the significance of the warranty ？ The attitude before purchase and the current after-sales service attitude are completely different ！！！Just selling without considering after-sales, they will do their utmost to make things difficult for you!!! Please keep your eyes open. Make decisions carefully！！！

When I purchased the machine, I was promised a one-year warranty. However, when I needed warranty service, the staff had a very bad attitude, spoke to me in a sarcastic and passive-aggressive manner, and required me to pay for the repair.

Was rudely forced to put my products in a shopping basket. Yet, the other people in the store were not. Also, the typical following in the store. Fyi, like I told the lady at the counter, everyone does not steal. Never returning there again. Racial profiling is not cool.
