Oaks Nails Spa

I went there today and was so disappointed with their services. They cut my daughter’s skin while doing nails and my cuticle too. Even when I told them they rubbed it off by saying it’s nothing. Never going to go there again.

I am so sad about placing this review. But as I pondered on how I could express how I feel, this seemed to be the only way. I have tried this salon many times through the years since it first opened. I loved the variety of pedicures and the prices were good. However, I would get accustomed to one person and they would leave. I recently came back because I wanted to transition from the old gel French process to the newest. My technician of 10 years had moved to Florida. After trying many places I landed here. My nails were beautiful when they are done. The challenges have been that his personality is dry and he is not gentle with the tools. However, I did not hold it against him. The last 3 times have been challenging. He did my nails and was rushing so fast! When I left they were awful.

I came here for the first time two weeks ago and had a great pedicure experience. I had an appointment today at 4:30 for a dip manicure and a predicate. My pedicure started at 5:15…I was not out of there until 6:45pm. I asked for matching nails and toes….I have pink toes and dark red nails. The manager did nothing to make it right. No apology….

I had a great experience today! The staff was attentive and made sure I was happy with everything. My nails turned out gorgeous. I’ll definitely be back again!

PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! if i could give this place 0 stars i would. Staff is rude especially the owner. Every product they use is poor quality and probably expired. there is 0 attention to detail of the service being provided. My nails lasted 2 days and started lifting. Never going to this place again
