April 30, 2024, Thursday Worst pedicure I’ve ever had!! I forgot to ask for my regular girl. The person who did my pedicure was fumbling around a lot. Water was lukewarm, I asked for hotter, didn’t put salts in, filed nails on the skin, it hurt when she was filing, clipping skin and cuticles. Almost every employee kept looking over her shoulder and would lean down and say something to her. I asked at one point, what was going on and if something was wrong. They all just looked at me funny. The owner came and had the woman go to the cleaning room, then sat in the chair and painted my nails. I’m positive she didn’t put on a top coat. I got white shellac on my toes, and it started to look discolored less than 24 hours after leaving the salon. I called to inform them, and whoever answered the phone told me that was impossible, and it was something that I had done wrong, and they had never had this problem before. She told me to try wiping it with alcohol, which I shouldn’t have to do, but it still didn’t come off. But after reading through the reviews, I see that this has happened to a few different people! I asked if I could get a different color, and she told me I will have to pay for a different color, I could only get white again. Terrible. Please do not advertise Reflexology if your technicians are not trained and do not perform anything close to reflexology. Paid for the pedicure with a 15 minute FOOT reflexology session and all she did was apply oil to my legs. Not even a leg massage ( no pressure was used). I observed my Daughter’s “massage” as well…. No reflexology was performed. Massage chair was broken, so no massage from the chair either. No attention paid to heels. Very disappointing. I also clarified when I called and made the appointment that I wanted a DELUXE pedicure and only received the Luxury ( no hot wax treatment). The pedicure we received today would be equal to a basic pedicure at our normal salon. The reclining chairs are a nice touch but they are in terrible condition but I couldn’t get

We have been coming to get the deluxe pedicures every month since May 2025. The salon is clean, efficient, techs are friendly and take great care. My mom is elderly and has enjoyed the relaxation of the deluxe pedicure. The treatment is top notch! If you are looking for a great and relaxing experience I strongly recommend Oasis!

Best pedicures. Super relaxing, quiet, long massages. Must do the paraffin wax and hot stone massage. Chairs need updating though due to cracking leather but really enjoy the zero gravity.
