Oasis Nails

I regret spending any money in this joke of a salon. We had called ahead and set up for 4 pedicures. The time was scheduled for 5:30 the first didn't get started until 6:30ish. The second didn't get started on till about 7:00, and the third by 7:15 ish. The fourth did not get started on until 7:30/7:45ish. We did not get finished and able to leave until 8:45. An hour and fifteen minutes AFTER they closed. I endured the most PAINFUL service I've ever had. I did have two ingrown nails, but after they were finished I was bleeding for a good 3 hours afterwards. And then today I cannot walk straight on my other foot due to how much pain and throbbing I am experiencing on my toes. This is my absolute favorite salon! Lyndsey & Sally are phenomenal at nails & massages!

I use to frequent this place a lot; it’s my first time back after two years. My dip manicure was sloppy. I had glue stuck to my skin and the pigment was uneven. They ended up redoing it after I spoke to the front desk. They did not use a light to redo it. They had to cover it up with a shellac polish, and I still left with glue/paint stuck to my skin and uneven nails. Oh well. Better luck elsewhere.

First and foremost I felt that they were segregating me from the white patrons because I was taken to the back room. It always amazes me that they know how to speak English until they are providing service for you and then they do not know it. Lastly, I received a pedicure (which was horrible)and I had mails nails dipped. Not sure why they felt there would be a tip. Luckily I didn’t crash out and walk out due to their lack of professionalism. If you a black person, I surely would suggest that you stay away from this place because their racism is BLATANT! Horrible experience, I will never go back.

The people are very friendly and professional. The customer services is professional and courteous. This is a very good nail salon and would highly recommend it.
