Paid $104 for a fill when the sign says $70. Left with nails that were still wet, the gel was already lifting and peeling before I even got on the subway. The nail artist knew (she kept filing that one nail at the end and then closed up) and said nothing. When I came back to get it fixed, I was told the artist wasn’t in and I’d be charged for the fix. Avoid.

DO NOT come here by any means!! Only two days after my nails were painted, they started to chip and it was dip powder. It should last a month, tops. They also gave me an infection after injuring my nail and now I have a hematoma that’s very painful.

I have been coming here for 3 years. I spend my anniversary here in NYC every year. My nails are prepared here every year and I love it. The facility is clean. They are very friendly and services are very timely. Recommend everyone to come here for the experience. They also massage your shoulders. I will be back next year.

Gina was amazing! I came in for a gel removal and regular manicure, and she took such great care of me. She was super gentle, always checking in to make sure I was comfortable and not in any pain. Nothing felt rushed—she really took her time and paid attention to the little details. Such a sweet and professional lady. Highly recommend her if you're looking for someone who’s patient, kind, and does a great job!

Not happy with their service. I got regular gel manicure which said $43 outside on their price sign board and I even confirmed before I got my nails done. They charged me $14 more (I paid cash btw) $57 excluding tips. The owner told me they gave me a non toxic polish which I didn’t ask for. My nails look ugly with the tips bulging and bubbling.
