Always a pleasure. I've been going here for quite some time now. Staff is always very helpful ,courteous and very nice. Prices are great as well.

If I could give this business 0 stars I would they are not even worthy of 1 star! This business is horrible and it needs to be reported to the better business bureau! The owner which I assume is the cashier is very disgusting and should not be able to deal with people. He has poor understanding and cannot communicate properly. He has a no refunds no exchange policy. I’m disgusted with his nasty attitude and behavior when rendering customer service. He needs to get out of business.

Literally my go to for anything, the staff is so nice, they have amazing quality products, low prices, and the energy is welcoming! 10/10 recommend to any and everyone!

This is, by far, the worst customer service I have received. My mother and I went back to this store because she did not get an item she paid for. The store is very cluttered and unorganized. The owner made an argument about the items purchased on the receipt because my mother did not bring all the items she originally purchased earlier that day. We returned to the store less than 6 hours from when The Purchase was made. You would think the owner would check the camera. Instead, this fool, says no-one will help you. Let's Keep in mind; my mother has spent a lot of money in this store in the past. The owner has no management skills and is very disrespectful when it comes to black women when most of your clients are women of color. I would never step foot in this beauty supply store again.

They're always lovely! Small but I get everything I need at this place..I've been shopping there for years.
