ZERO STARS - Do not waste your time or money. I went in, asked for dip powder with tips. They put acrylic and gel on. By the time I realized that the powder she used was acrylic- not the dip powder base - she was putting a gel color on. I didn’t complain; but I had them done on 12/23/25 today is 1/4/26. 3 nails have completely broke off and my thumb nail is cracked in the center of the nail. As you can see I had one design on four nails. It literally took her less than 10 minutes to slap the polka dots on. But for 80$ !!! For what? I had and still have no idea ..Plus a 15$ tip my nails should not look this bad a little over a week later.

I went there yesterday for full gel set. Carla was my nail tech and she was wonderful. I showed her a photo and she gave me exactly what I was looking for. Her attention to detail was amazing and I will definitely be going back. I would also note that the salon itself was very spacious and clean.

I’m always welcomed with such great energy at OC Nails! I absolutely adore Pisey and her incredible work ethic. She is always focused on making sure your nail experience is nothing short of amazing. A true perfectionist, Pisey takes the time to ensure every detail is done with care. As a mother of three who joins me every four weeks, I truly appreciate how welcoming and accommodating the salon is to my kids. OC Nails goes above and beyond to focus on your wants and needs, creating a warm and professional environment every time. Highly recommended!

Just an update on my last review. I want to say even after a very disappointing encounter I had with my eyebrow appointment it turned out to be such a great experience afterwards. I just want to say this place has such great customer service. The owner is actually very sweet. And honestly be very honest with her she’s so so sweet and understanding. I always suggest if you have a bad experience anywhere at first, always feel free to reach out then and there. I’m sure the owner will always try to look into the issue. The owner explained to me how waxing and cold weather can cause some sensitivity. She apologized for what had happened , but honestly I will go back. I know some days can be a little rough and it’s normal . Every place has its good and bad days , but I love how they handle cust

The service was not good at all. I had them do my birthday nails and I completely hate them and they are not what i wanted, she shaved my skin with the file. Cut my nails with scissors and didn’t do them like the picture i showed her. I would not recommend coming here I would like my refund back of $145.
