OCEAN NAILS

Had an appointment for a gel manicure and was talked into powder instead. Even with an appointment, several walk-ins were taken, and my service was rushed from start to finish. No hand washing, no massage, wrong color, and zero time to relax. It felt like my appointment didn’t matter once walk-ins came in. The manicure was done at super speed and I left unhappy. Btw I never got the manicure but I definitely paid the price

My nail salon was closed so I came here after calling and confirming they would still take a walk in . With the location I thoughtI was maybe walking into a better experience than what I’m used to but it wasn’t. The lady rushed thru my pedicure which I paid 45 told her my toenail felt like an ingrown was still there she rudely said I did that already not going back to check on anything . Come to find out she was rushing be cause she has a 4:30 appointment. Put the warm towels on and left me sitting for about 10 minutes while she did whatever else she had to do which I find very unprofessional . Forgot to clip n clean my toenail on one foot she save it for last I guess Overall it was not a good experience I love to relax and enjoy my pedicure not get rushed thru when I’m paying my money.

Do NOT come here for waxing. Worst waxing experience of my life. The technician was kind, but clearly not properly trained. I was left poorly waxed, hurt, and with irritated skin. I was quoted $150, then charged extra, with a final total of $165.60. I asked the owner for a price adjustment and she refused. On top of that, hygiene was extremely questionable (used towel and couch cushion). Absolutely unacceptable. For that price, you’re better off going to a professional waxing studio or a luxury spa. Save your money and your skin.

They did an awesome job. Tina did my pedicure and 🙏🏾Nataliee, Dr. Nails, did the full set. They took really good care of us. They have great customer service skills, in a great location. The only place I will go for a full set in the area. Thank you so much 😊

Andy does a great job! He takes his time and is very gentle. He is meticulous about getting my nails just right and makes sure I’m happy with everything and that I’m getting exactly what I asked for.
