Ocean Nails

Initially everything was great. Good service happy with my pedicure and nails,however the last two visits have been bad. Cindy takes other clients while working on me mind you she asks if it's ok, 1st time ok not a problem then her and the other lady speak about you tue client in their language very unprofessional and distasteful. What really bothered me this last time was the fact that they think they can dictate to me what I should get as far as the nail shape I should get NOT what I want and keep talking about over and over. I am the customer paying for a service. On my previous visit one of my nails got slightly messed up Cindy scolded me about being more careful. I felt like a child and disrespected. I am never going back. Cindy also charged me twice because the machine was not workin

First time getting my nails done, super impressed by my nail tech, Diane. Highly recommend this place. Nice and friendly staff, affordable price! Will definitely come back! Also, they’re doing 20% off all services until the end of march, you guys should check them out.

They’re opening on Monday (6/30) and I come early. They’re so warm and welcome. Love my new nails and the service was such amazing!!! The staffs are welcome and friendly. This is my first time and Cindy did a great job and delivered what I asked for.

It was my first time here, since i just moved from LA. Donna did a great job on my nails and the owner (I forgot her name) gave me a great pedicure. The massage chairs are very comfortable, and make the pedicure a more relaxing experience. I will be coming back.

Cindy takes her time to make sure your nails are perfect. The customer service is awesome here today, June 1. They just started a promotion where they’re going to be giving out points for each service and then you’ll be able to redeem them. So glad they moved into the neighborhood. I’ve been coming here for a few months and I’m happy every time.
