Oceanic Nails Spa

This isn’t my normal nail place. I went here to waste time waiting for something to open while we were visiting Waldorf. I live about 30 miles away. Anyway, I was a walk in. Saw someone immediately and she was quick to get started. I started off by telling her these were my natural nails and I only had a thin natural layer of acrylic over the top for durability purposes. Not to clump up a huge amount when filling it. Her nail drill was on so high I felt the heat with every nail. She was in super speed mode trying to get me done even though the place was empty. My paint is uneven, bumpy, missing sections along the edges. The acrylic is too thin and already chipped on my thumb. I went the other day with my sister to get our nails done, the man doing my nails didn’t listen to me and didn’t do my design correctly, I asked for my design to be on my middle finger, he put it on my ring finger, I asked for dark blue, he gave me teal, and my nail started chipping already!! He also cut my fingers and saw the blood but didn’t even do anything!! I do not recommend going here, if your getting your nails at the beach, go somewhere else!! My nails may be somewhat cute but it’s not how I wanted them to look even though I gave him a photo.

My nail guy is excellent! I traveled almost an hour just to have him do my birthday nails. He is patient and highly gifted! His work is very detailed and he ensures that you are satisfied with his work at the end of each appointment. Highly recommend! This visit he did tips with dip powder. Ballerina shape with a hand-painted rose gold ombré.

The worst, discriminatory nail salon I’ve ever experienced. I was referred to try them out and to ask for either Lena or Tammy for lashes & pedicure. When I arrived they both stated they were both busy & booked for today & had someone else to do my pedicure. The lady Jessica that did it was ok, not really to my liking for $55 but it was doable. Lena stated I would have to make an appointment only for her. Once I began to finish up my pedicure, I noticed Lena starting to do a lady foot who specially walked in and stated she didn’t have an appointment. I looked over and asked Lena again would she be able to do my eye brows. She stated she was busy now lol. I asked her I thought you said you only take appointments, she said yes. Phillip is the best! This is a friendly nail salon with skilled technicians with a wide variety of nail colors and designs to choose from. I also love Tammy she does my eyebrows.
