On behalf of my wife: My husband and I were first drawn to the beautiful history of Santa Maria Novella! But truly, the Fountainebleau's Santa Maria Novella's team made our experience a highlight. Sonia is the best! Immediately, she was very attentive and thoughtful as she walked us through each scent and product. We came for their iconic pomegranate diffuser, but happily and unexpectedly I fell in love with their Medici parfum which made it even more special. Sonia was so good that we returned for a couple more luxurious treats the next day. Every client advisor was so wonderful, kind, and welcoming. Dolores helped me the second visit and was able to pick out the perfect product for my sensitive skin. We highly recommend Fountainebleau's Santa Maria Novella!
So happy to visit this location. I love these products. I first got introduced to them at the beautiful Santa Maria Novella store in Florence, Italy. Dolores help me pick out so many wonderful items. I will always make a point to stop here when in Las Vegas and will constantly order online.
Visiting Santa Maria Novella at the Fontainebleau was an unforgettable experience. The store itself is stunning! The fragrances are long-lasting, classic and have a touch of a vintage feel. The prices are very reasonable! A special thank you to Joey, who was incredible! His knowledge of the brand’s history and the stories behind each product made the shopping experience enjoyable. His passion helped guide us to the perfect scent and truly elevated the purchase.
When I entered into the shop,Chris greeted with very welcoming smile. I didn't even thought of buying anything but his gesture made be to buy couple of things. He did make sure our parcel is shipped in good condition by calling us and confirmingeverything ok. He is 👌 best I would highly recommend him.
The lady who worked there was very knowledgeable and helpful with recommendations. Easy to talk to! Smells amazing and very beautiful products and packaging for gifts.
