OH My French! russian technique nails

The nails were great I give one star because of the fact that I paid 220 at a location to have the worse customer experience ever! I am well aware of nails and how to do them,I stated in the beginning what I wanted and my nails were overfilled then I was told to pay for extending my nails when the nails were cut and shape the way I liked them.When I refused the upcharge which my nails were supposed to be 169 plus 20 for two repairs.I was charged an additional 10 and when I spoke to the red heat ,she was super rude,called me a liar and accused me of calling her a liar and she told me to shut up and pay and that I just wanted my nails free. This is was my first visit and I had a manicure (no polish) and pedicure (regular polish). My tech was Sofia and she was excellent! Very meticulous and detailed. She really took her time and my hands and feet felt wonderful and looked great when she was done. I will definitely be returning to the salon and highly recommend Sofia!

Had to leave mid manicure because the nail tech refused to cut a broken nail (middle finger… no pun intended) even though I repeatedly told her before and during the service that my nail was broken and to proceed with caution. I kept politely asking if she could cut my nail before working on it because the drill kept getting caught on my broken nail and the pain was intolerable. She said no with an attitude every time I asked (3x) and kept trying to drill… I’m not sure if it was a miscommunication but asking to cut a broken nail seems pretty standard during a nail service. Shame because I’ve been a long time very satisfied customer and this one experience now ruined it for me. If you are big on customer service then this place is not for you.

Hello! I recently visited your salon for a manicure, and overall, I really enjoyed the experience — the atmosphere was cozy, and the staff was kind and polite, for which I’m very grateful. However, I’d like to honestly share some feedback. During the manicure, it seems that my nail plate was filed down too much — I now have red spots on several nails. The cuticles were also cut too deeply, and I’m experiencing a burning sensation, especially when washing my hands, which is quite uncomfortable. On top of that, the nails were left uneven and are catching on my clothes. It’s really unfortunate, because I always try to support professionals and truly value their work.
