Oh My Nails

I wanted to have a good experience here, but it was so disappointing that I’m writing my first ever negative review to warn others. I came in for a dip mani on Sunday and left with uneven nails and cuticles that were cut and bleeding. I called immediately after leaving, but didn’t hear back until Tuesday. I waited until I heard back because 1) I shouldn’t have to pay for someone else to fix this salon’s mistake, and 2) soaking my nails and getting a whole new set is going to be very painful because of the open wounds on every finger. When I politely explained, I was essentially blamed for not speaking up before I left—which is incredibly common since many feel uncomfortable/don’t want it to come across as insulting. So appreciative of them! I came in not knowing they were closing soon and they were so sweet to still be willing to do a quick pedicure - they were super professional and kind, did a great job. Lovely salon and great staff - also great price, will definitely be back!

First time getting chrome she did a great job! Good customer service, probably won’t make much conversation but they were friendly. Gave me a first time discount card where you get a free pedicure after 10 services.

This place is fantastic. Photo attached is from today, 5/2, and I got this hard gel manicure on 3/27, over a full month ago!!! They’ve obviously grown out a ton since then, but on both hands, there is hardly a scuff, no nails have broken, the polish is still shiny.

This place did a good job with my dip powder. Gaga was so professional and I loved her work. It was simple(per my request) yet done exceptionally. I’m only visiting Chicago for the weekend and it was nice to find a place that could do my nails with no long wait or appointments!
