Oh Nails

I was there to do my gel, Pedi and manicure… they took like an hr just to do my pedi, which peeled the next day and clear gel did not covered the whole nail. My UV hard gel mani, cracked and peeled the next day as well. Went back I made sure I called first to see if they had time which they said they did, got there within 5 mins, and they wanted me to wait for more than an hr to start fixing manicure, to which I was not happy. They called manager she came in and did my nails and again…. A day after were all peeled, not sure what the heck. But I payed so much and both times had a really bad job!

I came here for a pedicure with a friend of mine which is the only reason for coming here😭. This place is completely hit and miss more miss, I love my friend but not this nail place, I go next to a deli on Florida by Harvard awesome place! Anyway within 2 days that polish started coming off, that has only happened 3 other times EVER in my life. She kept pushing the gel polish, I never get gel on my toes, my toes don't do anything I don't know if she didn't apply the top coat, that's happened b4, cuz she was pushing that gel coat like a car salesman you know what I mean. Out of every nail salon I’ve ever been to in the past 6 years, this one is the absolute worst. The mall should be embarrassed to have such a low-rated store representing them. Let’s start with my pedicure, it took them 2 hours to do a French pedi because they couldn’t get the lines straight and weren’t actually covering my natural line which completely defeats the point of getting french tips. The girl got tired of me continuously asking her to fix things so another girl took over and did an even worse job! I was the last customer so they were trying to rush and were doing a terrible job. Two hours later my pedicure was finished that I paid $50 for but never received my massage. Now it’s closing time and she barely starts my new set of nails. She did a horrendous job! Normally like coming here but disappointed today. The nail file fell on the ground and she proceeded to try and use it on me. The nail drill tip was clearly not sanitized and I kept asking for straight across for my toes so many times and she still rounded them.

I had an incredible experience at this nail salon, the girls did phenomenal work and my nails came out literally perfect. *The pedicurist I had made my damaged toe nails look great and really took her time and care to do a great job. *My manicurist was SO quick and precise, it was genuinely impressive to watch. She did them exactly as I had requested and they came out, again, perfect. My only complaint is I was not made aware of the price difference between the listed manicure price a s the manicure I recieve and it ended up costing $15 more than the standard price for what I had done and I'm not super sure why -- and was too embarrassed to ask 😬 so just ask up front the total! Lol All in all EXCELLENT service, will be back and will recommend to my friends and family.
