I had my first appointment with April for a cut and color, and I couldn’t be happier with the results!! I didn’t have a lot of information going in since I’m new to town, but April made me feel completely comfortable right away. She really took the time to understand what I was looking for and delivered exactly what I didn’t even know I needed! My hair looks and feels amazing—she truly worked magic!! I’m so glad I found her and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Ohana is a magical gem that I found two years ago. April is totally amazing with coloring. Carrie, the owner, is fantastic as well. The salon is super clean, the decor and holiday decorations make it feel so warm and inviting. She keeps free refreshments and totally makes the clients feel at home. The knowledge of hair coloring and the top line products that they use, makes Ohana Hair Salon the best in Nashville. Ladies (and gents) don't hesitate calling and booking. You won't regret it!

I called the lady at the front desk & said I wanted a mini foil and she said it would be $85. Let me preface, I’ve never had my hair dyed before so I don’t know much about it at all. When I got there I gave her an inspo pic (shown below). I said i wanted a golden honey blonde. She proceeded to bleach my entire head & then when she took it all off, it was legit WHITE. Then when i go to pay she tells me it will be $290. I was VERY confused as to why I was paying so much when I only agreed to $85. They proceeded to make me pay $220 for hair that I absolutely hated. Will never go back.

I was very impressed with the atmosphere and how calming it was because I was really nervous about the result. April made me feel very comfortable. Talked with me about what would be best regarding color and cut she delivered and then some! Even though it was a little bit out of my price range, I promise you it’ll be worth every Single dollar. I’m headed back in seven weeks for a trim!

During a time I needed emergency hair touch up! My Dad had just passed away and as we prepared for everything Carrie came in after hours, very late, just to fix me up so that I could feel as good as possible during this time. I know hair sounds small in comparison, but just the kindness and the care to give me something else to think about for a little while. I am beyond grateful and my hair looked absolutely amazing! Forever Grateful!!!
