This will be my last time ever coming to an establishment. I was having a hard week and thought to treat myself. I first want to say that I thank the nail techs for pulling through and trying to give me a quality of service. But I would’ve appreciated honesty. I arrived at 5:40pm wanting a french pedicure and standard acrylic wine red gel nails. When I walked in, I asked the woman “are you guys open” and she said “yes.” When I told her what I wanted I wish she just was honest that there was no time to do what I wanted. It all felt rushed. Not as relaxing as I’d hoped. When she finished my toes, I saw it was 6:50pm and told her to not worry about it I’m okay with just my toes being done since I know they close soon. It was a great experience. She was super fast. She definitely paid attention to detail like filing the shape of the nail evenly, making sure the color was done correctly even though it was a translucent color which I was initially worried about. They clean their tools properly. Did a beautiful pedicure. Found my new nail place. 2 weeks later*** Did a design for Christmas as it come out amazing!

I got my eyelashes done here yesterday, and I love them! She was so nice and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. They also offer a 10% discount for FIU students. :)

I loved the place, this is my second time there and Solange has been great! She does only what you ask her to (I like my nails shorter and she always makes sure I like them before I leave) and my nails look great :) My boyfriend has been going with me and if Solange ain’t available, he doesn’t do his nails! lol
