Isaac has amazing customer service… I have been getting my nails done at OK NAILS for a year and a half and he does not disappoint. My nails are always flawless and he goes above and beyond to satisfy your nails. If you’re looking for good nails, please come to OK NAILS. Ask for ISAAC.

Honestly the WORST nail salon that I have ever been to. Went on Thursday for polish removal and to get a clear gel manicure. Here it is Monday - 4 days later and the gel coat is bubbly and is not cured. The nail tech didn’t even put gel on the entire nail and I had to keep pulling cotton off my nail before she added another coat on it. Will NEVER recommend their services.

First, time coming here and could not have asked for a better experience! Issac from NYC showed up and showed out! I showed him a picture and took out 2 designs. Than gave him free style/range and he did not disappoint. The price was cheaper than what I've had in the past experiences. My new nail tech! Definitely going back. Put him to the test and he will not disappoint! Great conversationist as well! Cannot wait for our next design! Continue to check back for more pictures of our creations! Definitely make a appointment because unlike most nail salons your appointment is upheld and honored! Thurs- Sat are busy I was told, but again appointments. *I did change price to $180-200, but that was because I chose to remove the previous nails and go longer and the design pictured. This was my first time going to ok nails or ever getting gel nails and this was and really nice experience and they had great service the lady who helped me was very sweet and if I need them done again I’m sure I will be coming back I am going to show a picture of the indoor and what I got

Very unprofessional. I walked in & they did not greet me at all. FFWd; He asked what’s was I getting done & I told him “eyebrows”. So the guy yell out “eye brow”. So I sat down waited for about four minutes & left. If you are going to service a customer, at least greet them & let them know their wait time. That way they have an option to stay & wait or go else where. I mean at least let people know how long the wait will be. I own a business as well & Would never treat my customer that way. Never going back & will be sure my girl's don’t go where they are not appreciated as well.
