When I arrived for my appointment, I waited for over 30 minutes, even though I had called ahead to schedule. That part was disappointing. The service itself was okay — the nail technician who worked with me was kind, professional, and clearly tried his best to do a good job, which I appreciated. I chose a $34 package and added French tips and shellac gel, so I expected the total to be about $10–15 more than the base price. However, when I was ready to pay, I was told my total was $57. When I asked for a breakdown, I was informed that $7 had already been added as a tip. What concerned me is that no one mentioned that gratuity would be automatically included. At th

Needed some footcare last minute after a night of dancing…The staff were super accommodating especially considering my timing. Extra care was taken. I was not rushed and i left feeling refreshed and relaxed. The shop is very clean, organized and a bonus: champagne for the fancy girls!!😊 great service!

This was my second time getting my nails done here, and I'm pleased with the quality, attention and atmosphere. I feel like my trust in nail salons is being restored by this place after a terrible experience elsewhere that left me feeling unsafe. My nails stayed nearly exactly the same for over two weeks, and I have no doubt my refreshed set will last as well. I'm so pleased with their kindness, patience, professionalism and personal care. I'm so glad my friend introduced me to this salon and the joys of getting your nails done properly at a place that models treating customers with respect (it actually feels like the customers are the ones doing almost all of the chatting with one another rather than being gossiped about by staff members.) The staff here are amazing. Such skills with nails and nail art. They are super friendly and the only place I trust to get my nails done. Just keep in mind that if you show them a picture, they are so experienced they can tell what kind of nail (dip, acrylic, etc) is in the picture, make sure that is the kind that you want. Also Mimi is great with eyebrows!
