Walked in to ask questions about their services and pricing for a haircut, and color. We can see and hear people working in the back, we sat down patiently waiting for about 15 minutes, no one even had the curtesy to come out and greet us. They saw us come in and we felt unwelcome so we left. I understand as someone who works at a dental office that it gets busy with a costumer/patient, but having costumer service is important. We would of been happy with at least a “hey welcome in I’m with a somebody right now but I’ll get with you as soon as I can”
I have been a loyal client of Lauren for a couple years now and I LOVE this salon!! The ladies here are so incredible at what they do and they are all so great to talk to. I always know I will be so happy with my hair when I get it done!
Gianna did an amazing job with my facial, as well as my Lash Lift & Tint. I will absolutely be back and would definitely recommend Oliver & Company & Gianna!
