Oliviana Nail Spa

Oliviana's nail spa was absolutely beautiful and clean. The service was on time for my appointment. I got a full for my French tip manicure which was $70. A French tip pedicure which was $55. Eyebrow waxing for $15 and single natural eyelashes for $30. My French tips were even and matched each other in size and the ladies had a soft and gentle touch. I am happy with the services I received here and I will be back for more.

Had an appointment there today at 12 PM the owner came up to me and asked me what I needed. I told her I had an appointment at 12 at this time. It was 1215. I asked her about how much longer she said Will take you now I pointed to my car set my car’s right there. I’m gonna go grab my slippers. She said oh no problem. Take your time I say are you taking me now or is it going to be a little bit longer? She said oh I can’t tell you don’t ask me questions. That’s not being nice to me and I said me asking you questions is not being nice to you about how much longer like even a rough estimate, she told me she has enough customers, and she doesn’t need mine don’t come back. I told her no problem and I walked out. She didn’t proceeded to follow me out and said that I was nasty and rude to her and

The owner is beyond rude to customers.This is the second time that i've seen her interact with someone and be very nasty to them.If you ask her any questions whatsoever, she'll tell you, you're not being nice to her. that you're being rude to her, and she wants you to leave and she has enough customers, and she does not want you back in her establishment. You're in a black community talking down to black customers.That's keeping your business afloat.I think that they forget that without customers, you have no business

Ok two weeks ago I got a full set kind of long with design on every nail $90 today the same set I got a fill no polish on the nails cuz I got polished at my house I'm going to do it myself and they charge me $75 for a fill I'm not going to lie I like the nail shop the nails never break off or anything but I'm never going back there again I can go to Oakland and get these same nails for $35 flat with my tip I'm walking out of there paying $40 not this time I'm sorry boo boo you cannot get no tip off no $75 fill with no nail polish no designs on not one nail to me 1 + 1 does not =2. It's been real expensive. For no reason. FYI they try to make u tip.

Although the shop is located in a predominantly African-American community, she shows little respect or appreciation for us as customers. The cleanliness of the tools, cups, and chairs was not up to standard, and the overall quality of service was poor. When I reached out to discuss concerns about the work that was done, the owner became defensive and raised her voice. She even made disrespectful remarks about Black women, which was deeply offensive and unacceptable.
