I had an amazing experience at Oly Curl! I haven't had my hair cut or cared for by a professional in ages. I used to go to another salon in the area but both of the stylists I worked with who specialized in curly hair ended up leaving so I looked to the Internet for new options. I found a reddit thread that specifically mentioned OlyCurl multiple times and was intrigued so I scheduled an appointment. I was able to get booked within a few weeks of my initial contact. The location was easy to find and there was ample parking. Yukiko and the other staff were super friendly and warm - the space was cozy. I’m so glad I found OlyCurl! I’ve been on a journey back to my natural hair for YEARS now, and there’s not a lot of curly hair specialists in the area. Not only do they cut/style your curls, but they TEACH you the best ways to maintain YOUR curls - from products, care, styling, everything. They always tell you all the products they used so you can achieve the same look at home. Curly hair is such a process but you can tell they put their heart into everything so you can love your curls too! Highly recommend if you’re on a your curly hair journey or wanted to learn more on how to care for your curls!

I am blown away with how hydrated and defined my curls are after visiting this salon. My curls were so beyond lifeless that other salons have questioned my claim of having curly hair. This is exactly the place to go to learn how to love your curls!

The entire crew at Oly Curl are top shelf and I would say you can safely see anyone and be happy when you walk out of the salon! Kelsey and Yukiko are established veterans who will always take great care of you! This review I will highlight Rae, a stylist who started as an apprentice with them around 1 1/2 ago and a few months ago passed her hard earned professional certification (which takes 2000 hours for anyone who didn’t know…..I was shocked 🤯😱). I absolutely love how Rae has styled my hair since when she first became an apprentice. I just had a full color, cut & style from her and her attention to detail is top tier.
