Injected my face without consulting me on where exactly i wanted to focus on. Didn’t ask how my previous Botox was, if I wanted changes… literally no consultation. Reception didn’t include my Alle/Aspire points that discounts my price. After checkout, I noticed on my way home and called back. They were closing in an hour (which is no excuse for getting the run around) so It took calling a few times of calling and talking to two different people to get them to charge my card on file for the correct price and void the original incorrect price (which they didn’t want to do). The person I spoke to that issued me a refund/ void was unprofessional during our brief conversation. It was obvious she did not want to fix their mistake. Amy gave me an eyelash lift and tint ( my first ). She explained the process and did a great job. It took a bit over an hour to complete. I have naturally very blond lashes and eyebrows. She also tinted my eyebrows. I was very happy. They lasted for about 3 weeks. I just booked another appointment to get everything done again just before my son’s wedding. I highly recommend getting them done before an event or just because :)

Amy is the only esthetician that I will go to for facial services. She is detailed oriented which is one of the reasons my brows always look amazing after her wax/tint treatments. On top of that, she has such a wonderful and pleasant personality which makes the visit so much more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Natalie Stephanie and their assistant Kara? was amazing. This was my third time and honestly it just gets better. They went way far beyond my expectations. I can’t wait to go back.

I drive on an hour to get to Omega Med Spa. God only knows how many spas I pass. But let me tell you, AMY G. is THE BEST. 5 stars just isn't enough. If I could give her a hundred stars, I would! Best customer service and she keeps my appearance flawless. Call her!
