OMG Nails

I have zero experience with nails, but my daughter wanted a set of acrylics for Pride Prom this year. It was $47 (not including a tip) for a full set with standard gel polish. They held up beautifully. It's been ten days, and during that time, she's done all of the usual 16 year-old activities- driving, playing with our cats, washing dishes, cooking, etc. The employees were polite and helpful in guiding us through the process as newbies. We didn't feel any pressure to upgrade to other services. Last night, she wanted the nails off. OMG did such a good job that my kiddo soaked these suckers in standard acetone nail polish remover for twenty minutes, and that polish didn't so much as smudge. I bought gel clips and 100% acetone this morning to try again. 🙃

I got the premium pedicure and let me tell you, my legs have never been softer! It was a bit longer than I expected and a little pricey for my tase but all in all it was very good. The staff are real friendly and take care when dealing with their customers. Massage chair is a bonus. But be prepared to spend $30-$100

I would give them less than one star if I could!!! Please save your money and go somewhere else. The girl literally bitched the whole time she did my nails, and then got mad when I asked her to give me the nails I showed her in the picture and she starts talking under her breath. I told her multiple times, the service she was putting on my nails is not what I wanted. She gets mad throws my hand down and said “tony come fix her nails I can’t she’s too much” (tony did not come do my nails he made her finish my set )Absolutely the worst customer service ever and then proceeded to over charge me and get upset when I ask about the pricing. That was insanity to say the least!

Tony is amazing! The staff are always so friendly and efficient. I recommend making an appointment. They are so good about prioritizing their appointments over walk-ins and they do their best to get to the walk-ins as quickly as they can.

I went in with my sister in law and she is blind and they said she don't care you being to picky to me over and over again could not do simple design. I had the dip powder ombre and it is not one both colors are bleeding in to the other and is splotchy
