all I have to say is I'm sitting here reading all the reviews and it really shocks me because my experience is completely different. I think if people are going to be miserable they're going to just always be miserable. I want to encourage anybody who thinks of coming in to come in for their experience every time I come in I have a great time and I'm treated with complimentary drinks. we have good laughs. I think in every single salon they speak their own language sometimes and I really think that people just assume they're talking about one self but in reality they're just talking about their life and daily things. My daughter was taken in by her aunt for her late birthday gift. My daughter said she felt uncomfortable that the lady was very harsh with her hands that she almost cried. She's 11. I personally wouldn't have given her these nails I thought she was just going to get like a pedicure or something but apparently the lady also kept saying she's spoiled and my daughter didn't know how to stick up for herself. This is very heart-wrenching to hear especially this is the place I went to when I was in high school I was hoping that when she became a high schooler this is where I'd take her but after this experience she never wants to go back to this place again, so we will see. Oh my goodness, this place got me right!! I made an appointment, and they were able to get me in very quickly. The service was incredible, my nail tech (Anna I believe) was so thorough. That night, I broke my nail slamming it in a window!! I was heartbroken, and didn't know what to do. But the next morning I went in to see if they could at least remove the broken portion of the nail, and they didn't only do that, but replace the nail INCLUDING the art. This was my first time getting my nails done, couldn't ask for a better experience. Expensive, but worth every penny!!

I get my nails done often and was in Salem with some time to spare and needed a fill. Called and they made room for me. Service was great and my nails looked great. However, a week later they were chipping and the gel was peeling. Big expense to have to redo a week later ...

I’ve been to this nail shop a few times, but this last visit was honestly the worst and will be my last. My sister and I always book appointments together, yet we never get taken in at our scheduled time. We usually end up waiting around 30 minutes, but this most recent visit we waited a full hour. It was my sister’s birthday, and I made an appointment for pedicures for both of us and a manicure for her. Even with an appointment, the owner took a walk-in client before my sister, completely ignoring the fact that she was already booked.
