I had an extremely disappointing experience at this salon and with stylist Erik. I booked a 10:00 AM appointment with Erik after messaging him directly about pricing and feasibility. I sent photos of my current hair and the color I wanted, and he confirmed it was possible and gave me a quote. I booked the appointment and even messaged him the day before to confirm. The morning of my appointment, I arrived on time and was not greeted or acknowledged by anyone at the front. No one was at the counter. Eventually, a woman who was blow-drying her own hair asked if I had an appointment and told me Erik would be there shortly and to wait. Beautiful Salon! Amazing hospitality and amazing staff. My hair is super difficult to do, and they did AMAZING! Prices are super reasonable, especially for the salon caliber, difficulty of my hair and skill of the colorist. Definitely recommend
