I’m only giving 1 star bc Julia is great and she actually cares about healthy growing hair. She wasn’t there on 10/18/25 so I settled (which is my fault, I should’ve waited) and let the lady in the 2nd chair from the door do my hair. She doesn’t care at all!! She only knows how to dye and fry. You have to ask for more heat protection and something for your fly aways when done. She won’t use any products on your hair otherwise. I take breaks on pressing my hair completely through as I am natural (no dye, no perm) and have a mix of type a-b hair and it’s long in length so it’s easy to straighten with just the blow dryer. I wanted a blowout look. Was under the dryer 1 1/2, she then blow dried my hair pulling aggressively so much that she was straining my neck I had to say something to her ab

The sign says ‘wash and set $55,’ but it should say ‘starting at $55.’ I was charged $80 for my wash and set plus $10 for a trim, and they were about to charge an extra $20 for a deep conditioner that I didn’t even get. Moral of the story: always check the price with the stylist before they start. I still ended up tipping, even though I didn’t appreciate the inaccurate pricing.

I have natural hair. I came for a simple wash & set. I don’t know what chemicals they use but my hair started breaking off and the texture of my hair became hard and brittle. It looks pretty when you leave. But feel the texture. Maybe too much heat.
