This place deserves only one-star reviews. It was the worst experience of my life, and I deeply regret going there. It was disrespectful that the woman forced me to leave a 20% tip, which isn't even mandatory. I would have gladly left a tip of whatever amount I wanted if I had been happy with the service and the work, but it was terrible. No one has ever forced me to leave a tip before; nobody tells me what to do with my money. The manicure she gave me was of poor quality; three of my nails were damaged Initially, she told me it would be 55, and then she said it would be 60, and she didn't add anything new; she simply completely changed the shape of my nail. I don't even want to look at my nails now I'm traumatized. I'm going to file a complaint with the consumer protection agency. I would

Update - I have been coming to this nail salon for over a year, and I did really love my experience until today. I was charged an extra five dollars for the last chemical nail polish, so my regular manicure was over $20 and this is what it looks like. Extremely bumpy, looks really terrible honestly. I’m so disappointed. And will never be back. Very clean, and enjoyable manicure and pedicure. Staff was very helpful and kind. I will definitely be coming back!

My twin sister and I went to One Nails for the first time today. Wow. This was SUCH an amazing experience! We were greeted by the sweetest manicurist ever who welcomed us to her salon with open arms. She let us pick our designs and had the most precise techniques to make our nails absolutely perfect! We most definitely will be returning, I recommend this salon to everyone who’d like a more than magnificent manicure. Run, don’t walk to One Nails! 💛💖

I have been here in the past and have always had great service. Today I made an appointment. My technician was Ruby. She was not pleasant at all. My service seemed very rushed and without any importance. It was my anniversary today and felt like treating myself. Left feeling very disappointed. Plus, one of my gel nails is messed up. I will return. But, will definitely ask not to have Ruby ever.
