I absolutely love Jen and the amazing service at this shop! I’ve been coming here for over 8 years, and it’s truly the best. My favorite nail tech is Long—he always does an incredible job—but honestly, the whole staff is friendly, skilled, and professional. I usually get full service each visit, and I always leave completely satisfied. Highly recommend!

They did a horrible job on my fill in. You can actually see where the old nail starts and the new gel starts. The shape is awful and they look a mess. Horrible horrible job! Do not come here. Spent $55 on this awful nail job.

Today is Wednesday. September 4, 2024. So I got here at 10 o’clock because they advised they opened at 10 it is now 1030. I’ve been sitting in a parking lot and no one is here nor is the shop open. This is my first time here and I feel that it was a complete waste of time. I drove almost 30 minutes for nothing. Nobody got here until 1037. Then when I go into the establishment, I requested to have my lashes done and I was told by one of the mail workers because there’s two of them whom opened the store. That the woman who does lashes won’t be here for another 40 minutes because she hast to drop off her kids my rebuttal was do you think my boss would care if I was stuck in traffic or if I had to pick up my kids and I was late for work? It’s called professionalism. It’s called punctuality. Ju
