One Stop Shop Barber Shop (Jefferson)

Been going to One Stop Barbershop for about half a year now. Javi especially has never done me wrong always make me feel good after leaving. But overall vibe of shop is awesome great stylist and good vibes.

As a former veteran/army officer, this is a great shop. After you get out, you always want something that can keep you looking clean, but gives you that flow that doesn’t make it look like you’re in the army anymore. Elli knows what it takes to keep a standard and she runs a fantastic business.

I’ve been coming here for years and love this place! Elli has cut my hair countless times and is super friendly and talented. I have thick curly hair and have had so many bad experiences in the past with other places, but Elli immediately did a great job and won me over as a repeat customer. Kirsten has also cut my hair a few times, and she also does a wonderful job. Looking good and feeling good is so important, and I’m glad to have One Stop as part of my self-care!

I was a loyal customer at One Stop Barbershop for nearly a year, getting monthly haircuts and beard trims directly from the owner. This review is not a reflection on the other stylists. Over time, I grew accustomed to my appointments starting 5-10 minutes late, with no apology. The haircuts were good, so I overlooked it—until my last visit. My appointment was at 11:00 AM. By 11:10, I asked another stylist to confirm my time, and she verified I was scheduled correctly. At 11:15, I asked if she could reach Ellie for an ETA. After calling, she relayed: “Maybe 10 more minutes.” That meant my 11:00 AM appointment wouldn’t start until “maybe” 11:30? At that point, I walked out. Firstly, the hair stylist I always use has always been professional, courteous, and friendly. Maddie, you rock! As for why this place is getting a one-star, it's solely on the hands of the owner Elli. My appointment was at 3:30 today. I showed up a couple minutes early and sat down. After waiting over 20 minutes, Elli states "I am sorry for the delay". I state "no problem!" to which she states "I always late and it's on my license of my car" I then say, "it would be nice if you would let me know" (mostly because that's the right thing to do to a customer).
