Only Nails

They told me 50$ when I walked in, I ended up paying 70$. I asked for an ombre and ended up with a french manicure with an uneven nude color. I kept telling him I wanted an ombre, and he tried to convince me you couldn't do it with gel, which is inaccurate. Now im out 70$, and I have to pay for someone else to fix them. He was very rude about the whole situation.

Not good customer service at all. Tammy put staying on the phone at all time than focusing on customer nails etc. And if she doing your nail and someone comes in she will rush on your nail etc to get to the next one She so money hungry And she quick to tell a customer she haven’t seen in a long time and say it’s not good for her If she focus on customer and no rush to get to next one Maybe you want have a problem with people returning Shows so much it’s not about customers it’s about rushing to get to next one Not fair when people pay they hard earn money Customers want excellent service Stay off the phone and focus on customer if you want come back service

Love this place. I've been coming here for a while now . They never disappoint and they remember you once you become a regular . So they'll always try to squeeze you in and make sure they give you decent prices. They're loyal to their regulars. I've had my nails done by Tammy and her husband Kevin. They both do an awesome job . 👏

I used to stop by this shop a few times to use the restroom, and they were kind enough to let me. But recently, without any explanation, I was told I’m no longer welcome. It felt disappointing, especially as a bus operator who brings people to the area and supports local businesses. I just wish they had been upfront from the start. The sudden change came off as unfriendly and unfair. Treat people better!!

I went to get a pedicure Tuesday evening and here we are Thursday morning and my polish has come completely off my toe. The sloppy toe you see is my toe that’s missing a toenail, which I informed them multiple times about and the guy who painted my toes just put gel polish on the skin. Not only that but the work overall is very sloppy and unprofessional. I paid $60 for this spa pedicure with gel polish and the lady rushed my feet and I had to make her trim my toenails evenly because they were cut crooked. Worst ever. I will not be returning‼️ they don't deserved any stars because they clean off their work tools with the dirty spa water with your feet still in the water. The tools are properly sanitized, so if you get a foot fungus it’s from them.
