Only Nails

Terrible experience. I came in to get my eyebrows wax and when I asked the woman to clean them up with a tweezer afterwards, she said that would be extra and then proceeded to ask if I was Mexican? I will never come back to this facility.

Service was $25 for a gel polish change. I tipped $3, but was charged $30. When I questioned it, she apologized and handed me $2 from her apron. It’s not about the $2 — it’s about accuracy and transparency. I won’t be returning.

So I went in for a pedi and asked the lady if she can a glitter dip on my big toe. She said yes. I even showed her a Pic and she said oh I yes I can do that. My feet look atrocious. I will never go back there! I don't understand why they put an acrylic nail on my big toes?!?! This was the 1st time I asked for a glitter dip so I thought that was why they put it on like that. 😔😡💔

The pedicure service is always great & relaxing! They didn't cut on the massage chair like they usually do during my last visit, but I over looked that because they were so busy. Mr. Le did a great job on my nails! He is a funny & friendly guy. Those qualities relaxed me. He also didn't cut my cuticles and make me bleed like past nail techs have done repeatedly. Because of Mr. Le I want my nails done all the time now. I will be requesting him again. If he isn't there I will be real sad. Please don't let Kim touch your eyebrows! She really needs more practice. I want my brows to match. Not one thick and one thin. It's a good thing I keep eyebrow blades at home, and I know how to fix my own brows when this happens.
