I had the best experience with Rosa at Onyx Beauty! She is so professional, kind, and really takes her time to make sure everything is perfect. My lashes came out absolutely gorgeous,full, natural, and exactly how I wanted them. I also treated myself to a facial, and it was amazing. My skin felt so refreshed, clean, and glowing afterward. Rosa made me feel comfortable the entire time and explained every step so I knew what to expect. I can honestly say this is the best my lashes and skin have ever looked. Made an appointment online put my debit card down for a deposit and everything and then kept trying to call to confirm it and nobody answered drove 30 minutes and decided to text the number because it’s an out-of-state area code and she said she was out of town so she’s not getting me in And unfortunately more than one review reads this. It seems like they’re buried by Fake reviews. Don’t do business if you can’t get your website straight and to have the audacity to make somebody put a deposit down and then not be Available for an appointment they scheduled this pretty messy
