I had my lashes done, eyebrows tinted and a derma-plane facial at Ooh la Lashes today. What a treat! This impeccably clean and cozy salon was the perfect place to prepare for my Son’s wedding this coming weekend. I got my lashes done by Dayna today and have already lost nearly 20 lashes. She had sores on her palm and did not wear any gloves or sanitize her hands before starting the service. She taped my lower lashes down with hand-cut foam tape in a semi-circle shape where my eyes would not close all the way and the glue burned my eyes. The glue was a strong chemical smell and smelled like super glue. After the service, she refused to take anything but cash, check or venmo...guess no paper trail. Sad. This is a great venue that has ruined my experience by renting to a sub-par worker.

Kristen is amazing! Gorgeous, real looking lashes & such a relaxing environment! She is the best in her field!
