I had a wonderful prenatal massage with Mitzi at the key largo, Bakers Key, location! She was very knowledgeable in the specific ways to massage a pregnant body, while also putting in some awesome deep tissue work on my shoulder knots! She was wonderful, highly recommended to request Mitzi! I will say that this salon is mostly for hair and makes up. There was a small room for massages off the hair/nail salon that didn’t feel very private, or like the full “spa” experience in typical high end hotels. But still a great massage! I requested a female therapist, got a text confirmation for Mitzi as my therapist, then when i checked in at the desk, a man shook my hand and said he was going to be my massage therapist. I politely declined and had to wait a bit longer for Mitzi to come back. Gla

I made an appointment in advance and there was no one inside on a Friday afternoon. No one picked up the phone or got back to me. Really frustrating as it took up an hour of my day.

This place is amazing !! the decorations, the service and the staff is fabulous!!…I felt like I was in paradise. The girls are professional, the owner Maryte is super friendly and helpful. I recommend this place 100%

pésimo servicio al cliente , le cobraron a mi amiga 300 solo se realizó dos sesiones y lleva más de 15 día intentado llamar para su próxima cita y el teléfono me sale desactivado nadie es capaz de mandarle un mensaje no tienen nada en las redes sociales fue al salón y la de al lado le supo decir que nadie la doctora d láser lleva tiempo sin ir y varias personas han ido y nada que les contestan , pero parece pésimo profesionalismo
