Ooh lala nails & spa

This is definitely my go to place for Nails! I have found everyone here does a great job, I mainly try to get my favorite person Holiday. She is just great at shaping and doing nail!! my nails were so brittle and dry, until I started coming here to get the gel filler, and she just makes them look amazing!

Came here before got a regular pedicure everything went great. The lady was super nice. Came back a second time and they were a little sloppy very rushing. I spent $45 and walked out with a tow infection. I called and came back the next day and they looked at me like I was crazy while my toe was swollen and infected. When I explained to the lady she told me that the first lady left root in my toe and needs to take it out while I was getting it taken out the lady at the front desk was recording me without my consent. This was very disappointing and blatantly out disrespectful. She told me I won’t get a refund this time because the lady used her time and resources to do my toes yet. I walked out with a toe infection. They should be glad I didn’t get authorities involved considering they don’

Lily is the best nail tech I’ve ever had! She is nice and respectful. Always happy to serve. Her work is great! Love it!

My lady was very patient and gentle. She asked me how I was feeling at each step. I love coming to Ooh-La-La nails & spa to do my French pedi because they are always so friendly, quick to attend, and reasonable.
