We love this place! It’s not just a place, we come here to feel at peace when we get our nails done here. The family who operates and owns it is so sweet. I’ve been coming for about 6 years now, and now I get to bring my daughter and her friends. We truly enjoy the tranquility here, and they always get us in fast. Thank you, OP Nails! 💅

It's frustrating, terrible service ! It is my first time and last time for me to get there. I got dip powder on my fingers. The young lady just wanted getting done for quality of customer and hurted my nail couple time. After the job done my nail were thick , look ugly and they were not clean. The price is $45 for getty ugly nail done. Check it out on the photos. Good luck with this shop guys. I will not return.

I asked for a white to black ombré and they said they could do it. The lady got my acrylic on and tried to do one nail before calling someone over to tell me she couldn’t do it. Then she said she’d give me black nails with jewels and i mentioned multiple air bubbles a few times before leaving but they weren’t as bad as they were the next morning. When i called the next day saying i just wanted my money back they said they’d redo them. I politely told them i really didn’t want them to do them again, i wanted to go somewhere else. They said no and i went in the next day to get them redone. They were better looking but lasted less than 1.5-2 weeks. the pics are the night/morning after i left. never went again.

My favorite place to go to get my nails and toes done. I drive from Oroville just to come to OPI. They are always nice to me and my daughters, they put cute pictures on my daughters nail and fixed them when they accidentally bumped their wet nails.

Took me in as a walk in, which was nice. I was the only one in there, so they weren't busy at all. The older women was very annoyed removing my gel, began by peeling it before I asked her to please remove it correctly. The other woman then took over. She rushed rushed entire process. Barley clipped my cuticles and didn't even cut or reshape my nails. It was as if she didn't even try to make them look good. Rolled her eyes at me when I pointed out flaws (bubbles and nail polish excess) it was just a poor job she did but told me it's out of her control. How? If it was the nail polish I selected, then they should not keep old polish, that's their lack of updating product and not my fault. She refused to redo it and only offered an additional cover. Worst manicure I've ever had. I do not sugg
