Opt Nails Spa

I normally don’t complain. But the more I look at my nails the more I felt compelled to write a review. I went there to get a acrylic fill because I missed my appointment with my nail tech, while it is a beautiful nail salon, not crowded and I only waited maybe 5 minutes my nails are lumpy- uneven and unshapely! I hate them. The guy that did them was quite fast though…. Looking at my nails reminded me why I never went back after the first time he did them a couple years ago! So disappointed at the lack of quality.

I use to go to Cindy nails salon on Sheridan nxt to Paula donuts. Because my nail technician Ylang worked there then she went to work at opt nails 💅 Iwas not going to go or stay there in Cindy nail salon my Ylang is fenominal I follow where ever she goes. No one does not touch my nails except Ylang. So Opt nail is where I'm at. I Love lover love my nail technician Ylang 💖💖💖💖💖💖💖.

I use to come here and get my nails done they were amazing. Now be careful. Got my nails done they are all different lengths, some are thicker then the rest. They got polish all over my finger. Not worth $50

Had the best pedicure here. Lisa was Amazing! She took her time and my feet have never been pampered this much. Will be going back for my nails now. Can’t wait.

I normally don’t write reviews. But, this time I feel it’s necessary. I’ve been there three times for a regular mani-pedi. Two of the times I was nicked and bled. This last time was the worst. The technician did apologize but, rushed through my service. Less than 24 hours later, two nails have chipped. So, not worth the $65 + for their services or the customer service I will give them one more chance.
