Orange nails and spa

3rd time coming here, first 2 times were okay but today they over committed to customers. I asked for my nails to be taken off, I was with one person but when one of their regulars came in, my nail person was directed to take care of the regular and I had to wait for 20 minutes for someone to take care of me. I had to move to someone else who was very short with me and did a rush job. I asked to purchase lotion (other salons have them for purchase) she took it from me and put it back before saying they don’t sell it. They just lost a customer.

All of the staff is welcoming and does great work. They pay attention to the needs of the clients whether mani or pedi. Hot towels, parafin wax and hot stones are used to soothe tired leg muscles. They also end each session with a warm towel massage. I have been going to this salon for 15 years. All the same people still work there.

Ok, so the pedi itself was ok... could've spent more time on foot exfoliation and a little more on the foot massage (also pressure could've been a bit better...but not a big deal) So that was mediocre, but the post pedi massage while drying, was actually decently long if not amazingly done, it was nice. So, all in all ok (other than getting yelled at for screwing up my own nails).
