Orange Nails

i’ve never had a worse experience in my life.. i don’t recommend even looking into going here. i decided to give this nail salon a try since my nail tech was held up and i just needed a fill. pricing wasn’t too bad so i walked in, it was a male tech that was in the front, when he started filing my nails he pressed the drill so far into my nail bed it caused bruising underneath my nail near my cuticles.. i did let him know and he just seemed careless. the polish was choppy, very sloppy work all over my cuticles and the sides of my fingers. $40 for a full set refill, and it was the shittiest work ever to be done.

When I walked in I was greeted. Sue did my pedicure and Cindy did my nails. Both did a wonderful job and were extremely nice and easy to work with. Sue went above and beyond by asking how I was doing, wished me happy new year and made sure I was comfortable by offering water or tea. Before Cindy did my nails I showed her a picture of a nail design and she took her time did it exactly like the picture I showed her. I wish I could post a picture of my nails, they look so nice! It’s so hard to find a nail salon or business that provides great customer service these days, so many want your money but don’t even acknowledge you when they’re providing you a service. Awesome service by Lisa. I was skeptical at first because of the reviews but ended up enjoying the service provided. I'm glad I stopped by. I love the hot stone massage on the feet too. Waxing was quick and painless as well and she listened to what I asked and did exactly as suggested. Reasonable rates, staff was nice, even the other customers were friendly. The location was clean and didn't smell like the typical nail salon when you smell all the chemicals. They even make you wash your hands upon entering. I will be back.

Terrible service. I went with my daughter to have her nails painted, but they didn't paint them completely. I told them, and they rudely removed the polish and repainted them, making them look even worse.And on top of that, they speak ill of us because we complain about the service we're paying for. I definitely won't be going back, and I don't recommend it.

O is the review My wife went to this place today for a manicure and this was the work they did to her, she left very very sad about the bad work done, she doesn't come back anymore, now for her to feel better tomorrow I will look for a quality place.. not this one don't waste your money
