If I can give them zero review, I would I walked, and I was the first customer I asked for pedicure with gel Expect Cutting the nails and trimming the curricle and cleaning under the nails none of these happened they cut my nails, crooked, not clean, messy nail polish, then I called the person who is in charge which is her name Helen she told me to come the next day at 12 o’clock to fix them. I said OK I walked in at 12 o’clock to my appointment of course Helen she’s off that day and after that they told me come back and then they totally ignored. I left. I went to another nail spa. It’s called tips and toes nail spa off Las Animas. Subpar pedicures, poor quality, thin gel polish, messy work! I called and made an appointment for three people to get pedicures at the same time at 1 PM, and when we arrived, they only had enough people to do two of us at a time, which extended our time. Then they got callus remover gel on my leg and burned me and tried to use a cheese grater To exfoliate my feet, which is illegal in California. They got black gel polish all over my daughter’s cuticles, and it’s already lifting hours later. They told me the pricing for the pedicures but did not tell me they would charge me $15 more for gel on two of our Pedicures until it was time to pay. Horrible Quality! My dip nails lasted less than a week..on top of that I spent over $115 for dip nails and a gel pedicure. The lady started rushing on my toes as soon as more walk ins came in. It took 2 hours only for my nails to look horrible a week later! No working air…and workers are not skilled. Do not come here!!

Read all the reviews....they add ADDITIONAL TIP TO YOUR CARD AFTER YOU LEAVE!! Read the review by Pam Studenka... same thing. Be sure to read their Yelp as well! They have a sign on the wall in the salon saying "they are not responsible for any changes to your bill after you leave." Not only that... my nails are all uneven and gel polish CHIPPED THE SAME DAY. And.. they took TWICE as long to do the manicure as usual. Only stopped into this place because I was out of town and needed a mani.... had to have it redone somewhere else.

I am completely appalled with my pedicure after two weeks I got some sort of fungis from this establishment, after paying $75 for my manicure and pedicure. I went in this morning to let them know something was wrong and they tryd to tell me that it was from socks( I only wear sandles at this time) and that I just needed new polish! I then went to a new place and was told they would treat my fungis and give me a new pedicure because orchard had used bad quality gel. because it shouldn't have turned that color after two weeks.
